Food Hygiene Ratings

Details of all food hygiene ratings for premises that have been inspected in Calderdale. This dataset includes links to create a CSV file, and links directly to the raw data on the Food Standards Agency website and also has links to the Scores on the Doors website and data via an API in XML format. The National Food Hygiene Rating Scheme is linked with most of the councils in England and is run by the Food Standards Agency. The rating system is based on the structure, hygiene practices and management controls within the food business. The ratings go from a hygiene rating of five (excellent) to zero (very poor). The information provided on businesses is updated at least every 27 days.
