In order to monitor the traffic levels and vehicle speeds on Butcher Terrace to assess the impact of the changes made in the area to accommodate the flood defence works undertaken by the Environment Agency, City of York Council commissioned a traffic survey (manual count) for a week in June 2021 and a week in July 2021, and a vehicle speed survey between 4 and 12 July 2021. The collated results are available in this dataset and further surveys are expected to be carried out later in the year, which results will be added to this same dataset when available.
