Tenant Satisfaction Measures

From April 2024 the council has been required to report annually to the Regulator for Social Housing on a series of tenant satisfaction measures (TSMs) including tenant perceptions, decent homes and repairs and building safety and compliance. The data for these measures can be viewed in the following scorecards which are updated quarterly where new information is available.
