Thank you for your request for information about the following: ##Request ‘I am writing to request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 all guidance, correspondence, or communications issued by NHS England between 1 June and 1 November 2018 concerning cannabis-based medicinal products. Specifically, I seek documents directed to NHS Trusts or clinicians regarding: The Government Expert Panel on Cannabis-Based Products for Medicinal Use in Humans Application procedures for unlicensed cannabis-based medicines Requirements for Trust-level governance or internal policies prior to submission Any advice to defer commentary or applications during this period This request is made in light of DHSC’s recent FOI response (Ref: FOI-1623511), which indicated that NHS England may hold relevant guidance not retained by DHSC.’ The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) received your request on 29 August 2025.
