#Request# How many complaints have been received by the VDPS/NHSBSA for issues relating to the handling of vaccine damage claims since Nov 2021 when NHSBSA took over the administering of the claims? How many of the complaints relate to the processing of claims following a Covid 19 vaccine? #Response# Please note that our earliest data is from 1 May 2022. All data is as of 2 February 2024. Between 1 May 2022 and 2 February 2024, the NHSBSA received 363 complaints in relation to the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme (VDPS). Of these complaints, 350 related to Covid-19 vaccine claims.
