##Request _Every community pharmacy owner has an NHS Parent Organisation Code (POC). This is the unique code that identifies their parent organisation within the NHS. Each individual pharmacy has its own Organisation Data Service (ODS) code. May I have a list of the POC codes associated with each pharmacy as held on the NHSBSA database as at 31.03.2026. May I have the list in the format: Column one Pharmacy POC Code, column two PHARMACY ODS CODE F CODE, column three HEALTH AND WELLBEING BOARD, column five ICB NAME, column six PHARMACY TRADING NAME, column seven ORGANISATION NAME, column eight ADDRESS FIELD 1, column nine ADDRESS FIELD 2, column ten ADDRESS FIELD 3, column eleven ADDRESS FIELD 4, column twelve POST CODE.
