Thank you for your request for information about the following: Request Through West Northamptonshire District Council (formerly Daventry District Council) a contribution of £500,000.00 was made via Section 106 towards the construction of a GP Surgery on land known as Marsh Spinney. The planning application reference was (DA/2013/0686). The ICB have confirmed they received the £500,000 from the NHS in January 2024. At what date did the NHS receive this money in relation to the Marsh Spinney GP surgery and who was the transfer from? The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) received your request on 26 March 2026. We have handled your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).
