Thank you for your request for information about the following: I would like to know how many people have been taken to court because they have not paid a NHSBSA fine. Your request was received on 13 December 2023 and I am dealing with it under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. This was clarified on 19 December 2023 with the following questions: 1 - Please can you confirm what time period this is for? 2- Please can you confirm if you want the information for the Prescription Exemption Checking Service, Dental Exemption Checking Service, or both?
