I believe this information is essential for public interest, transparency and to better understand the role of multi-professional approved and responsible clinicians within the healthcare system. Please provide the information in one of the following digital formats PDF, Excel, or Word documents. Please could you provide the following information: 1) The total number of psychologists included on the mental health act register database as approved clinicians each year from 2007 to 2025 both years inclusive 2) The total number of nurses included on the mental health act register database as approved clinicians each year from 2007 to 2025 both years inclusive 3) The total number of social workers included on the mental health act register database as approved clinicians each year from 2007 to 2025 both years inclusive 4) The total number of occupational therapists given included on the mental health act register database as approved clinicians each year from 2007 to 2025 both years inclusive The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) received your request on 10 August 2025.
