Thank you for your request for information about the following: ##Request I am researching historical GP workforce data for academic purposes and would be grateful for the following information: 1. A list of all General Practitioners who appeared on the medical performers list (or equivalent predecessor register) for the Lewisham Family Health Services Authority area between 1993 and 1997. 2. For each GP, the practice address(es) at which they were registered to perform services during this period. 3. Any records of GPs who were removed from the performers list during this period, and the dates of removal. If NHS BSA does not hold historical records from this period, please advise which organisation would be the appropriate body to contact. The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) received your request on 12 January 2026.
