I am writing to confirm that I have now completed my search for the information which you requested on 21 May 2024. ##Request You asked us: ‘I am writing in relation to a previous Freedom of Information request which you have kindly responded to. I would like to make a new request under the Freedom of Information Act, for the following data: The reference number for the previous request is FOI-01757 and we would like a re-run of this for the latest data, i.e. for the months of January 2024 to March 2024.’ The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) received your request on 21 May 2024. We have handled your request under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000. ##Our response We have considered this request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA 2000) and are issuing a refusal notice under section 17 of the FOIA. The NHSBSA does hold the requested information; however, we consider that this information is exempt from disclosure under section 21 of FOIA. This provides an exemption from the duty to disclose information where this is reasonable accessible to an applicant by other means.
