The Pensions Online (POL) Helpdesk is part of the Employer Helpline (option 2 on the call directory). Because of this shared queue, we are only able to separate calls received. Metrics, waiting times and abandoned calls will continue to reflect the overall activity of the employer helpline. From the end of February 2026, certain changes to the phone system were made, meaning customer selections are now recorded differently.
