##Request _1) How many currently retired pensioner doctors are affected by the Public Service Pension Remedy period (McCloud remedy) AND are 'fully protected' members who retired entirely on the 1995 Scheme and thus require no McCloud rollback._ _2) How many of those in 1) have been issued with a McCloud Choice communication to date._ ##Response I can confirm that the NHSBSA holds the information you have requested. Please read the below notes to ensure correct understanding of the data. Our response is limited to members who have at least one employment record identifying them as ‘Medical Staff’.
