I refer to your request under the Freedom of Information Act, which I received on 17th August for information about the following: How many people to date have been prescribed the Freestyle Libre 3 via the NHS South West London Integrated Care Board? ##Response I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority. This is because Freestyle Libre 3 is not listed in Part IX of the Drug Tariff, so it is not allowed to be prescribed on NHS Prescriptions and subsequently dispensed in a community setting. Therefore, we would not be sent any NHS prescriptions that dispensed Freestyle Libre 3 by an NHS Dispensing contractor.
