#Request _I am writing to you regarding the systems in place for capturing time and attendance, as well as scheduling employees within the Estates and Facilities departments at the following hospitals:_ _- Charing Cross Hospital_ _- Hammersmith Hospital_ _- St Mary’s Hospital_ _- Queen Charlotte’s & Chelsea Hospital_ _- Western Eye Hospital_ _I understand that these hospitals may currently use the ESR (Electronic Staff Record) system, which offers functionality for recording employee attendance, such as annual leave, sickness absence, and other types of time-off. However, I am specifically interested in whether an advanced time and attendance solution is in place, particularly within these departments, which may integrate with ESR._ _Could you please confirm if there is an additional time and attendance and/or scheduling solution used alongside ESR?
