##Request Under the FOIA can I please request the following information: 1 Physiotherapy night on call (NOC) stand by rate 2 Pharmacy NOC stand by rate 3 Radiography NOC stand by rate Per each category 1-2-3 could you also let me know: A- When was this rate of pay last reviewed? B- Does this increase yearly and by how much? C- What is the rate of pay for being called into the hospital per hour? D- Does this vary by Agenda for Change Banding?
