I refer to your request under the Freedom of Information Act, which I received on 19 February 2024 for information about the following: Please provide copies of all email correspondence between the English Infected Blood Support Scheme and DHSC regarding interim infected blood compensation payments to bereaved parents / children during the period 1st Jan 2024 - 19th Feb 2024. ##Response I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA). This is because there has been no correspondence between the NHSBSA’s England Infected Blood Support Scheme team and the Department of Health and Social Care regarding interim infected blood compensation payments to bereaved parents or children during the period specified.
