#Request# *Please describe the process for validating dental (FP17) claims between 1998-2002 with specific reference to governing regulations at that time and stating any time limits to be observed.* #Response# The information requested would have been held by the Dental Practice Board, which pre-dates the Business Services Authority. Since this date, there are new contracts and new IT systems and therefore, we do not hold the requested information.
