Framework & Contract Overview 1. The start date and total duration (including any extensions) of the framework/contract. 2. Whether there is an extension clause in the framework or any associated contracts and if so, the duration and conditions of such an extension. Tender Documentation & Process 3. A copy of the full service/product specification provided to all bidders when the tender was last advertised. 4. A list of suppliers who applied for inclusion at both the PQQ (Pre-Qualification Questionnaire) and ITT (Invitation to Tender) stages, clearly indicating: o Those who were successful. o Those who were unsuccessful. Contractual Performance & Oversight 5. A copy of the contractual performance KPIs defined for this contract and/or framework. 6. The name and title of the senior officer (outside of procurement) who holds accountability or strategic responsibility for the performance or delivery of this contract. Financial Information 7.
