##Request I have been waiting 6 months for my pension to be updated with inflation. I have been informed there is a list you are working through .My question is simple: What is the time delay between initiating the process and completing it . For example if you are currently completing requests made in July 2023 the delay is 8 months . Can you be as precise as possible ##Response We cannot be precise about the length of time between initiating the process and completing it as this is dependent on several factors, including the complexity of the request and the availability of all the information required to complete the request. This means the timescale for each request will be different. Payments are taking longer than anticipated due to resource demands and workload, however we are now actively paying those affected.
