This information is required for historical/administrative purposes. The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) received your request on 12 September 2025. We have handled your request under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000. ##Our response We can confirm that the requested information is held by the NHSBSA, however these listings were not listed for the full period requested this was not listed in the Drug Tariff Part VIIIA. They were added on the date set out below. Both strengths of Eucreas were added to dm+d on 20 March 2008 The 50mg/850mg strength was added with a price of £31.76 per pack of 60 tablets During the period requested the price was £31.76 throughout. The 50mg/1000mg strength was added with a price of £31.76 also, per pack of 60 tablets.
