#Request _Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am formally requesting full and unredacted disclosure of all information held by the NHS regarding the selection process of COVID-19 vaccine doses and batches administered to patients. Specifically, I require:_ _Clarification on whether patients were pre-selected prior to their vaccination day to receive a specific dose, batch, or type of COVID-19 vaccine._ _Details of any criteria, protocols, or algorithms used to assign specific vaccine doses or batches to individuals._ _Copies of any internal correspondence, guidance, emails, meeting notes, or policies that relate to the allocation and pre-selection of vaccine doses for individuals, including but not limited to batch assignments._ _Any documentation regarding whether certain individuals were assigned particular vaccine batches for reasons beyond general supply and distribution logistics._ _Full disclosure of any exemptions, special considerations, or internal NHS policies relating to batch selection and pre-determined vaccine administration._ _I expect this information to be provided in full, without redaction or omission_ ##Response I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHSBSA. __Advice and assistance__ Having reviewed your request, I believe that it is possible that the following Government departments may hold some or all of the information you require.
