Retired by 1 October 2023 - formerly taper protected and both legacy and reform benefits in payment.’ The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) received your request on 21 April 2026. We have handled your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). ##Our response I can confirm that the NHSBSA holds the information. Please note, some members may have moved between cohorts since previous Freedom of Information publications because their circumstances may have changed. For example, they claimed the remainder of their benefits before the RSS was issued.
