#Request _I am writing to submit a Freedom of Information request under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, seeking information on the accessibility of GP appointments at The Mill Medical Practice in Godalming. Specifically, I would like to request the following:_ _Wait Times for GP Appointments: Please provide data on the average wait times for patients to secure a GP appointment at The Mill Medical Practice over the past 24 months. This should include information on wait times for routine appointments as well as wait times for urgent appointments._ _Methods of Appointment Booking: Please specify the methods available for patients to book GP appointments at The Mill Medical Practice (e.g. online booking system, telephone booking), as well as any restrictions or limitations on appointment booking._ _Accessibility Measures: Please provide information on any measures implemented by The Mill Medical Practice to improve the accessibility of GP appointments for patients, such as extended opening hours, same-day appointments, or alternative services (e.g. telemedicine consultations)._ _I understand that some information may be subject to exemptions under the FOI Act.
