Please provide:_ _Number or proportion of clients attending only a single session and not returning, whether intentional or unintentional, whether one session was offered or more were offered but not attended and whether the session met client needs ('good enough') or the client disengaged ('ghosted'.)_ _Any thematic analysis, recorded evaluation, or other information explaining why clients do not return after one session, including if feedback on meeting therapeutic goals was sought to support evidence of 'good enough or not' outcomes._ _Most recent summary data showing mean, median and mode number of sessions attended and any related analysis of session-attendance patterns, including outcomes or reasons for discontinuation - especially if more than one session was intended and agreed during the first meeting._ _Any policies, guidance, or internal reports relating to SST or other point-of-need therapy, including service capacity, workforce availability, or resource constraints._ _If NHSBSA does not hold this information, please advise which NHS body would._ __Response__ I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHSBSA.
