##Request ‘Anyone that has had flu jab with a transplanted organ and it has caused it to fail . Or anyone that has had a reaction to the flu jab and caused kidney issues’ On 15 July you clarified your request to: ‘Any information on kidney transplant patients that have had a reaction to a flu jab . Causing their transplant to fail / make them unwell’ On 17 July you clarified your request ‘2021 please can you use this date’ The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) received your request on 15 July 2026. We have handled your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA. ##Our response We have interpreted your request as seeking information about Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme claims involving kidney transplant patients who have submitted a claim The NHSBSA may hold information that falls within the scope of your request. However, this information is not held in a readily retrievable format, and we estimate that the cost of complying with your request would exceed the appropriate limit under section 12 of the FOIA. We estimate that the cost of complying with your request would exceed the non-central Government limit of £450.
