##Request## ‘I am looking to get information on Adverse effects caused to people by all approved vaccines for use in the UK. I want to know what effects occured per vaccine. Similar to the USA system where you can click on a vaccine ie: OPV in their Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) and it lists the date/ effect and outcome’ ##Response## I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority.
