I refer to your request under the Freedom of Information Act, which I received on 1 April 2023 for information about the following: I would like to request links to, if any exist, the documentation provided that led Southampton University Hospital Trust to mandate covid vaccinations for staff in 2021/22. I would like to read any documentation from meetings or between board members that involved this decision and ultimately led to them making it I am aware this may appear a very broad request but any documentary evidence to support the implementation of this vaccine mandate would be appreciated ##Response I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority.
