Question 2 Do you have a personal and / or department target as to how many PCN appeals you should knock back There are no personal or department targets. Please read the below notes to ensure correct understanding of the data. • Data covers July 2023 to June 2024 for both PECS and DECS. • Question refers to appeals - we do not have an official appeal process. • Some cases are closed due to evidence being provided and/or individual circumstances on a case-by-case basis • The data we have provided shows the % of PCNs which have been successfully cancelled.
