##Request _Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information._ _Please provide the number of individuals who successfully signed up or enrolled in the relevant NHS Business Services Authority scheme as a result of completing the online survey available at the following link:_ _https://online1.snapsurveys.com/Interview/24ed2320-4530-44c2-aac2-1f7310b9b8c5_ _If possible, please also provide:_ _1. The total number of people who completed the survey._ _2. The number of those survey respondents who subsequently signed up or enrolled in the scheme._ _All information Is requested per year from 2019_ ##Response ___Question 1: The total number of people who completed the survey.___ I can confirm that the NHSBSA holds the information you have requested. The survey started 02/09/2022. To date (09/07/2026) we have received 94,779 responses. 02/09/2022 to 31/03/2023 -13,732 responses 01/04/2023 to 31/03/2024 - 28,962 responses 01/04/2024 to 31/03/2025 - 24,543 responses 01/04/2025 to 31/03/2026 - 21,312 responses 01/04/2026 to date – 6,230 responses ___Question 2: The number of those survey respondents who subsequently signed up or enrolled in the scheme___ The NHSBSA does not hold this information. The survey referenced in the request is an anonymous customer satisfaction survey.
