Number of PCN's paid in full in the past 3 years. 3. Number of UNPAID PCN's for the past 3 years that have resulted in NHSBA employing debt recovery companies. 4. Number of County Court claims submitted in the past 3 year in respect of unpaid PCN's. 5. Number of successful County Court claims over the past 3 years in relation to PCN non-payments Your request was received on 24th May and has been dealt with under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. ##Response The data is filtered down to the last 3 full years 2020, 2021, 2022 1. 238,342 2. 74,825 - Cases that still have an active Direct Debit plan will not be included in this total as this is filtered to “Fully Paid”.
