Thank you for your request for information about the following: ##Request ‘How many people applied for their pension estimate on the 18th of November 2025. What percentage of those people actually received the information within the 40 working days as per your website. How many people are still waiting for their estimates and how long can they really expect it to be before they receive their information.’ The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) received your request on 16 May 2026. We have handled your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). ##Our response 64 people applied for their pension estimate on 18 November 2025. As of 28 May 2026, 49 cases have been completed, with 15 still outstanding. 1 request was processed within 40 days (1.56%). Please note, we are experiencing very high volumes of redundancy estimate requests, due to NHS-wide redundancies. As outlined on our website, we continue to prioritise estimates for members who require an estimate urgently.
