__Request__ _With respect to patients who have had medical services from Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, for the period 1 January 2020 to 31 October 2025 please confirm:_ _1. The total number of requests by patients for their own personal data under the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK General Data Protection Regulation ('the legislation')._ _2. The total number of those requests where the 1 month time limit for responding under the legislation has been breached_ _3. The total number of those requests where the requirement under that legislation to inform a patient within 1 month that more than 1 month is required to provide the data has been breached._ _4.
