The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) received your request on 8 April 2025. ##Response I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHSBSA. The NHSBSA does not assess any medical applications or apply balance of probabilities. All medical applications are independently assessed by the medical advisors, not internally by EIBSS assessors. The independent medical advisors use their experience and knowledge to make assessments.
