The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) received your request on 7 February 2025. We have handled your request under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000. #Our response I can confirm that the NHSBSA holds some of the information you have requested. All information provided is as of 12 February 2025. #Question 1 - What is the primary SIC 2007 code for your organisation's activities? I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority. #Question 2 - How many workers are directly employed by your organisation? 5031 workers are directly employed by the NHSBSA. #Question 3 - How would you classify your organisation: Private, Public, or Voluntary? The NHSBSA is a public organisation. #Question 4 - In which region is your workplace located? Tyneside, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Sussex #Question 5 - Do you recognise any trade unions in your workplace? If so, please name them.
