I refer to your request under the Freedom of Information Act, which I received on 18th October 2023 for information about the following: • Disclosure of any guidance, policies, or procedures related to the information governance of NHSmail. • Details on the naming conventions for groups, users, distribution groups, and any other relevant entities within NHSmail. • Information on how NHSmail ensures that users are complying with the aforementioned naming conventions. • Copies of any acceptable use agreements, terms of service, or other agreements that users or guests are expected to agree to before being granted access to NHSmail. ##Response I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority. NHSBSA no longer uses NHS Mail and so does not have this information. However it is possible that NHS England may hold some or all of the information you require.
