Thank you for your request for information about the following: ##Request _I am conducting a 4 nations research survey of GPs and wish to email this to every GP practice in England (and devolved nations)._ _I would like to request the contact details for all currently registered GP practices in England. Their contact details MUST include the following details in Excel format please:_ _Name of the GP practice_ _GP registration number - ODS Code_ _Business address, premises Postcode - County and ICB_ _Official NHS shared email address of the GP practice (e.g. ****@nhs.net)_ ##Response Under Section 21 of the FOIA we are not required to provide information in response to a request if it is already reasonably accessible to you.
