##Request _Under section 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request the following information. I do not seek, and ask that this request not be treated as seeking, the personal data of any identifiable individual; if any response would necessarily involve such data, I ask that it be redacted accordingly in line with section 40 FOIA._ _1. CEAP authorisation process_ _Please confirm what is meant by the term “CEAP” as used internally within NHS England's People and Organisational Development function in 2016, in the context of authorising secondments and fixed-term contracts. I have been unable to identify this acronym in any publicly available NHS policy documentation. Please provide a copy of the policy or procedural framework governing this process as at March 2016, including who held authority to approve or decline such authorisations._ _2. Establishment Control authorisations_ _Please provide a copy of the policy or procedural framework governing Establishment Control authorisations as administered or overseen by NHS England's People Services function as at March 2016, including the role and authority of the Establishment Control panel referred to in current NHS England guidance._ _3. Reporting structure_ _Please confirm the reporting structure within NHS England's People and Organisational Development function as at March 2016, specifically the line management relationship between People Business Partners, the Head of People Services, and the Deputy Director of People._ _4.
