Retired by 1 October 2023 - formerly unprotected and both legacy and reform benefits in payment. Retired by 1 October 2023 - formerly taper protected and both legacy and reform benefits in payment.’ The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) received your request on 29 January 2026. Please note, some members may have moved between cohorts since previous Freedom of Information publications because their circumstances may have changed.
