Data has been taken from our Case Management System (CMS) and has an "Evidence requested date" within the requested financial years. PPV stands for Post Payment Verification. The PPV exercise was undertaken by the NHS Business Services Authority on behalf of NHS England and Integrated Care Boards. Since 1 April 2022, as part of our contract management service, the NHSBSA have supported NHS General Ophthalmic Services contractors to apply for a contract, terminate their contract and apply for a contract variation. This means we cannot guarantee the accuracy of 'Contracts' and 'Contract Type' data for contractors predating 1 April 2022. NHS England previously administrated the contact management service. __Data Queries__ Please contact
