Request I would like to raise a Freedom of Information request for any statistics relating to cancelled PPCs, including disputed PPC renewals, numbers of PPCs with no associated activity, numbers of Direct Debit Guarantee claims/disputes, as well as details on how the fraud prevention and cancellation processes operate. The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) received your request on 26 June 2026 . We have handled your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). Our response I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHSBSA. Advice and assistance The NHSBSA do not record any of the information requested.
