Request I would like to query the payment adjustment rejection for business rates - 1150093. I have submitted all of the forms as per the NHS protocol including the original of my HMRC tax return. The practice is inside the NHS PS health centre. It looks like the claim has been rejected after 34 min - nobody looked into the claim from 18/June till 7/july - it to consider the claim takes 34 minutes I will like to know how many cases does the case worker worked on since 18th of July - I request this information under the freedom of information act. I truly believe the case worker has got something personal against me or my practice as I am non-English dentist. The claims have been rejected previously so this year I have made sure that I provide all of the info as requested. If there is something missing - how can the one provide it if you set the deadline 1st of July but you reject the claim on 7th of July? Is the case worker paid more money based on how much she ‘saves’ by rejecting the claims? How can I appeal the decision? How can I make a formal complaint? The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) received your request on 7 July 2026 We have handled your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). Our response Our colleagues at
[email protected] responded to questions 1 and 2 on 16 July 2026. Remaining data Please be aware that I have decided not to release full details of individual staff data as this information falls under the exemption in Section 40 subsections 2 and 3(A)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act. These details are not of sufficient interest to the public to warrant an intrusion into the privacy of those Please see the below web link to see the exemption in full. https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2000/36/section/40 Publishing this response Please note that this information will be published on our Freedom of Information disclosure log at: https://opendata.nhsbsa.net/dataset/foi-03953 Your personal details will be removed from the published response.
