What ERP (Enterprise Resource Management) or Finance system is currently used at NHS Shared Business Services?_ _2. When does your contract expire?_ _3. Do you have any planned upgrades of the software? If so, when?_ _4. Are you planning to go to market for a replacement ERP/ Finance system? If so, when?_ _5. Who is the person responsible for your ERP / Finance system? Please provide full name, title and contact information if possible_ _6. What is the annual contract value of the software?_ ##Response I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority. However, it is possible that other NHS organisations may hold some or all of the information you require. NHS Shared Business Services may hold some or all of the information you require. However, NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) is a private company created by a joint venture between Sopra Steria Limited and the Department of Health supporting NHS organisations. As a private company, they are not listed as a public authority within the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
