A copy of the most recent guidance issued to dental practices on updating gender on a patients NHS Dental record from the NHS Dentist Business Authority Service and date this was issued 2. A copy of the same guidance immediately prior to current guidance (i.e. if current version is version 3, I would like version 2) 3. Any meeting minutes, EIA or other documents relating to any changes between the two versions. If this request is too broad, please narrow it down to any documents produced within the 3 months before the latest guidance was issued. If this is still too broad please disregard this part of the request and only answer the first 2 questions. The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) received your request on 30 October 2025.
