Thank you for your request for information about the following: Please could you send details of interview questions & assessment questions/tests for HR Manager/HR Business Partner/Workforce Business Partner level for the past 2 years. Your request was received on 15 April 2024 and I am dealing with it under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. ##Response I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority. This is because NHSBSA have not recruited any of these roles within the last 2 years. For information, the job titles listed were last recruited: HR Manager – approximately 5 years ago HR Business Partner – approximately 3 years ago Workforce Business Partner – No role with this job title exists within NHSBSA
