Thank you for your request for information about the following: ##Request Primary Care Networks (PCNs) were introduced in 2019, and I understand some larger PCNs (over 50,000 patients) were split into smaller Service Delivery Units (SDUs). I would like to know: 1) how many PCNs have been split into smaller SDUs, and: 2) how many SDUs there are in England. The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) received your request on 17 September 2025.
