##Request _Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am requesting information held by the NHSBSA regarding clinical billing and activity volumes associated with my professional services at Woodthorpe Hospital (Ramsay Health Care)._ _Between March 2016 and July 2017, I was the treating Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon for clinics and injection lists delivered under an NHS contract held by Ramsay Health Care. While my credentialing was held by Ramsay, I understand the financial administration was routed through a third-party intermediary, Nottingham Spine Care Limited._ _I require a breakdown of the following data for the period of 1st March 2016 to 30th July 2017:_ _The total volume of NHS-funded outpatient clinics billed and processed by the NHSBSA for services provided at Ramsay Woodthorpe Hospital, where I was the identified lead clinician._ _The total volume of NHS-funded injection procedures/theatre lists billed for services where I was the identified lead clinician at the same facility._ _Confirmation of the total gross value (excluding VAT) of the NHS payments made to the provider (Ramsay Health Care) specifically for the clinical activities I personally performed._ _I require this information to audit the transparency of payment chains between the head provider (Ramsay) and the payment intermediary (Nottingham Spine Care)._ ##Response I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHSBSA. __Advice and assistance__ Having reviewed your request, I believe that it is possible that NHS England or each Integrated Care Board (ICB) may hold some or all of the information you require.
