#Request# Please can you let me know how long the current delay is to provide a CETV for a pension for a divorce. Specifically when will a request submitted in July 2023 be processed. #Response# We are experiencing a delay in processing some, but not all, requests for a CETV for a pension for a divorce. Affected cases are those which have been impacted by the temporary suspension of CETV calculations following a change to the discount rate used by public service pension schemes, which was announced by HM Treasury on 30 March 2023.This meant a change to the factors provided by the Government Actuaries Department used to calculate a CETV. Also affected are cases impacted by the Public Service Pension remedy, also known as the McCloud Remedy. We expect to have processed requests submitted in July 2023 by the end of February 2024.
