#Request# I have seen the MIS glossary file available on NHSBSA website but I have a question about some of the fields, please: what does a negative value mean, for example in one of the fields which includes the description "fee adjustment"? Is this a reclaim of money that was already paid to the pharmacy? If so, is this because of Post Payment Verification or some other breach of contract? #Response# Adjustments can be a positive or a negative value and reconciled as part of the reimbursement and remuneration on a monthly basis. This can be, but is not solely, a result of Post Payment Verification.
