I refer to your request under the Freedom of Information Act, which I received on 1 June 2023 for information about the following: I am after information relating to the above internet pharmacy which I understand submits data to you. Would you please confirm and provide data relating to the following if you hold this: * data on who the responsible pharmacist is as far back as you hold this * data on staff hours/type of staff as far back as you hold this * any data held on how long they have been trading, confirmations of any periods where you do not hold data because they were not trading * please confirm any other data held relating to this business and period this covers Which you clarified on 8 June 2023 with: Regarding bullet point 4 I have just queried what other types of data you hold relating to this business and what date range this covers. If any of this is required I will let you know once this reply is received thank you. The reason I am making the request is due to fraudulent claims made by the business. ##Response ###Pharmacy staff information I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority. It is possible the Integrated Care Board (ICB) that the contractor sits under, or NHS England, may hold some or all of the information you require. The ICB will be able to supply information regarding the responsible pharmacist and staff hours.
